PELOPONNESE ATALANTI OLIVES

Product of Greece. Peloponnese Mediterranean olives are sun-ripened and naturally cured. Atlanti is known as the olive lover's olive. It is a firm, fleshy olive, slightly tart, hand-harvested just as it's turning from green to purple from ripening. Serve with blue cheese, goat cheese or ripe camembert. Pat and add to saut of shrimp, tomatoes and feta cheese. Even our brine (sea salt, water and re wine vinegar) is delicious. Use as a free ingredient in all recipes.
